This policy covers the Solely app and this website, solely.xundufit.com. Solely is made by Hangzhou Shidong Technology Co., Ltd. In this policy, “we” means that company.

What we don’t collect

Solely never asks for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or payment details, and there is no account to create. The app contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party code. Nothing you enter is sent to us.

What stays on your device

The subscriptions you add, with their names, charge dates, prices, and reminder settings, are saved on your device. We can’t see them.

iCloud

If iCloud is on for Solely, your list syncs between your own devices through your private iCloud storage. That storage is part of your Apple Account and is run by Apple. We have no access to it. Apple’s Privacy Policy explains how Apple handles iCloud data.

Notifications and alarms

Reminders and alarms are scheduled on your device by iOS. They work without an internet connection, and we never see them.

Purchases

The one-time unlock is sold through the App Store. Apple processes the payment and tells the app only whether the unlock has been bought. We never receive your name, your Apple Account, or your card details. Apple reports sales totals to us, such as how many copies were sold in each country. Those reports don’t identify anyone.

Diagnostics from Apple

If you’ve turned on Share With App Developers in your iPhone’s privacy settings, Apple may pass us crash reports and usage statistics for Solely. Apple collects these, not the app. They don’t identify you, and you can turn the setting off at any time.

When you contact us

Writing to us is the only time we receive anything from you: the address you write from, and whatever you choose to say or attach. We use it only to reply and to fix the problem you describe. We don’t add you to a mailing list. We keep the conversation only as long as we need it to help you, and we’ll delete it sooner if you ask.

This website

We don’t put cookies, analytics, or trackers on these pages. They’re hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse. Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy explains how. The site also links to pages run by Apple, which have their own privacy policies.

Sharing and disclosure

We don’t sell, rent, or trade personal information. If you’ve written to us, we don’t share your message with anyone unless the law requires us to.

Security

Your list is protected by your device’s own security and, if you use iCloud, by Apple’s encryption. This website is served over an encrypted connection.

Your choices and rights

You’re in control of everything in Solely. You can edit or delete any subscription in the app, and deleting the app removes everything it stored on that device. Anything synced with iCloud can be removed in your iCloud settings. Notifications and alarms can be turned off in Settings at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, or delete the personal information a company holds about you. For us, that can only be a message you’ve sent. Write to us and we’ll show it to you or delete it.

Children

Solely isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. We won’t start collecting data without changing this policy first.
